Stone Bridges

Stone Bridges

Stone Bridges is a lovely, slow paced read that allows you to absorb all the events and thoughts that happen when two unlikely people are falling in love. There are a lot of characters to place but Ms. Neggers gives you a list of whom they are and where they fit in the series. It’s a nice touch.

The Shadow Between Us

Shadow Between Us

Mental, consuming flashbacks of a terrible car accident haunt Olivia in this heart grabbing story. Each page brings shadowy information on the circumstances that drove her to take a break from her life and her marriage. Meeting horribly disfigured war veteran Ned and listening to his philosophies may be the key to Olivia’s finally healing.

It is a touching novel filled with sadness and revelations that will reach your heart.

Gracie’s Secret

I honestly could barely make it through Gracie’s Secret because, for me, it was too depressing and just plain sad. I did not find myself wanting to continue until the end but did any way out of duty. Not a favorite at all.

Unforgettable You

Unforgettable You

I really liked this novel. I found myself feeling deeply for Jada and for her tumultuous relationship with her unforgiving, accusing mother and Jada’s desire to reunite with her lost love, Maddox. The pull on Jada to do what’s right for herself, for her daughter and for her relationship with her mother is well written, conveying Jada’s deep angst and doubts.
